Our United Way incentive program creates excitement and provides an opportunity to thank our donors for their generosity and support for the campaign each year. All prizes for incentive drawings are donated or paid for by our generous sponsors. No campaign dollars raised
through employee giving are used to cover the cost of incentive prizes.

INCENTIVE HERO ($3 per week = $156)
Individuals making a gift of at least $156 a year qualify for inclusion in the Incentive Hero drawing

2011-2012 Eligibility Rules

1. There will be 5 winners (based on drawing order) in the Incentive Hero drawing. First prize is a three night Discovery package at The Greenbrier.. Second prize is Front Load Washer & Dryer. Third prize is a 17 Laptop. Fourth prize is an Apple iPad 2. Fifth prize is a Apple Iphone 5.
2. Any person who contributes at least $3 per week ($156 per year) through United Way of the River Cities for the fall 2011 campaign will be eligible for the Incentive Hero drawing (exceptions noted in rule three).
3. Employees of United Way of the River Cities and members of its board of directors are ineligible to win.
4. Winners must provide proper photo identification, social security number, and signature verification upon receipt of prizes.
5. In the event a winner declines a prize won, that prize will be eligible for a second name drawing.
6. By entering, each winner agrees that United Way of the River Cities may use their name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
7. No cash equivalent will be provided in lieu of receipt of the prizes.
8. Winners will be required to pay any applicable taxes relating to the transactions, including, but not limited to, federal and state income taxes. All winners will be issued a 1099 upon acceptance of prize.
9. Participation in this drawing may affect the tax deductibility of your gift. You should consult your tax advisor for more detailed information.
10. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

The drawing will be held at United Way of the River Cities, or other location as determined, in early 2012.
