Every year, on or around June 21, thousands of people around the world volunteer with United Way to fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in every community.
In the past several years, United Way of the River Cities has mobilized volunteers across our five-county service area to collect and distribute children’s books, so every child has the chance to improve their reading skills.
We’ve worked with community partners to combat hunger. And we’ve gotten people of all shapes, sizes, and ages on their feet and moving toward a healthier lifestyle.
